This Privacy Policy explains how CashFlowly ("the App"), developed by SnipNFix ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information. CashFlowly is a cash flow management app designed to help you track income and expenses across multiple businesses.

By using CashFlowly, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide

• • Business Information: Business names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses you enter.
• • Financial Data: Cash in/out entries, amounts, dates, categories, contacts, payment modes, and notes.
• • Attachments: Receipt photos you attach to entries.
• • Contacts: Customer and supplier information you create within the app.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

• • Device Information: Device type, iOS version, and app version for troubleshooting.
• • Usage Patterns: Anonymous usage data for smart predictions (processed locally).
• • Crash Data: Crash logs to help us fix bugs.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect: your location, health data, browsing history, or data from other apps.

3. How Your Data is Stored

Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData.

iCloud Sync (Pro): If enabled, data syncs via Apple CloudKit to your iCloud account. We cannot access your iCloud data.

No Server Storage: We do not store your financial data on our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

• • App Functionality: To provide cash flow tracking and reporting.
• • Smart Predictions: To suggest categories and amounts (processed on-device).
• • Spotlight & Siri: To enable search and voice commands.
• • App Improvement: To fix bugs based on crash reports.

5. Third-Party Services

CashFlowly uses Apple services:

• • Apple CloudKit: For iCloud sync.
• • Apple StoreKit: For subscriptions.
• • Apple Analytics: For anonymous usage stats (if opted in).

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Data is only shared when you export reports or when required by law.

7. Device Permissions

• • Camera: To photograph receipts.
• • Photo Library: To attach existing photos.
• • Contacts: To import customer/supplier info (optional).
• • Siri: To enable voice commands.

All permissions are optional.

8. Your Rights & Data Control

• • Access: View all data within the app.
• • Export: Export to CSV, PDF, or Excel.
• • Delete: Delete entries, businesses, or books in-app.
• • Complete Deletion: Uninstall app or delete iCloud data in iOS Settings.

9. Data Deletion

• • In-App: Delete from app settings.
• • Local: Uninstall the app.
• • iCloud: iOS Settings → iCloud → Manage Storage → CashFlowly.

10. Children's Privacy

CashFlowly is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
