1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CashFlowly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by SnipNFix ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

CashFlowly is a cash flow management application for iOS that allows you to track income and expenses, manage multiple businesses and books, generate reports, and sync data across devices via iCloud. The App is intended for personal and small business financial tracking purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts & Data

CashFlowly does not require account registration. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account
• • Backing up your data regularly
• • The accuracy of information you enter into the App
• • Any activity that occurs using your device

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 90-day free trial of CashFlowly Pro features. No credit card is required. The trial is tied to your Apple ID and persists across reinstalls.

5.2 Subscription Plans

• • Yearly: $17.99/year, auto-renews annually
• • Lifetime: $99.99 one-time purchase

5.3 Billing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the App for any illegal purpose
• • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• • Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• • Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
• • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by SnipNFix and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

8. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's features. We do not claim ownership of your financial data, business information, or any content you create.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• • The App will meet your specific requirements
• • Data will never be lost or corrupted
• • The App is suitable for professional accounting purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNIPNFIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnipNFix from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
