How do I scan a document?

Tap the "+" button on the main screen to open the camera. Point it at a document, and it will automatically detect edges and take the scan. You can also import photos from your library.

Is my data private?

Yes, absolutely. All processing (scanning, OCR, summarizing) happens directly on your device. We do not see or store your documents.

How does iCloud sync work?

If you enable iCloud in settings, your scanned documents are automatically backed up to your personal iCloud container. This allows you to access them on any other device signed into your Apple ID.

Can I lock the app?

Yes. Go to Settings and enable App Lock to secure your documents with FaceID, TouchID, or your device passcode.

How do I share a document?

Open any document, then tap the Share icon. You can share as a PDF, plain text, or image.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free users can scan unlimited documents and export high-quality PDFs. Pro users unlock AI summaries, automated action item extraction, Cloud Sync, and App Lock.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → DocuBrief → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
