By downloading, installing, or using DocuBrief, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy is paramount. DocuBrief is designed to process your documents locally on your device. We do not store, access, or upload your scanned documents to our servers unless you explicitly choose to sync them via your personal iCloud account.

3. Subscription and Payments

DocuBrief offers both free and paid features. Subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple ID account.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are solely responsible for the content you scan and store using the app.

5. Intellectual Property

The DocuBrief application, including its innovative on-device AI technology, interface, and branding, is the property of SnipNFix and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Changes to Terms

We may reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
