How do I add a new cash entry?
Open a book, tap the "+" button, select Cash In or Cash Out, enter the amount and details, then save. You can also use Siri: "Add cash in CashFlowly".
How does the free trial work?
Every new user gets 90 days of free Pro access automatically. No credit card required. The trial is tied to your Apple ID, so it persists even if you reinstall the app.
How do I sync data across devices?
iCloud sync is automatic for Pro users. Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on all devices and that CashFlowly has iCloud access enabled in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to any book, tap the export button, and choose CSV (free), PDF, or Excel (Pro). You can filter by date range, category, contact, and more.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → CashFlowly → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if sync is enabled). We never store your financial data on our servers and cannot access it.
How do I delete all my data?
You can delete individual items in-app. To delete everything: uninstall the app (removes local data) and go to iOS Settings → iCloud → Manage Storage → CashFlowly → Delete Data.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll still have access to free features: 1 business, 1 book, unlimited entries, and CSV export. Your data is never deleted. Subscribe anytime to unlock Pro features again.
