Exporting Professional Reports

CashFlowly makes it easy to export your financial data for accounting, tax preparation, or business analysis. Here's how to generate professional reports.

Export Formats

• CSV (Free): Simple spreadsheet format, works with any spreadsheet app (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers)
• PDF (Pro): Professional reports with your business logo, contact info, and formatted tables
• Excel (Pro): Full-featured .xlsx files with multiple sheets and formatting

Report Types

• All Entries: Complete transaction list with all details
• Day-wise Summary: Daily totals for cash in/out
• Category-wise Summary: Breakdown by category
• Contact-wise Summary: Totals per customer/supplier
• Payment Mode Summary: Breakdown by payment method

How to Export

1. Open the book you want to export
2. Tap the gear menu → "Export Report"
3. Select duration: All Time, Today, This Week, This Month, Last Month, or Custom Range
4. Apply filters (optional): Entry type, category, contact, payment mode
5. Choose report type
6. Select format (CSV, PDF, or Excel)
7. Share or save the generated file

PDF Reports Include

• Your business logo and contact info (address, phone, email)
• Report title and date range
• Summary totals (Cash In, Cash Out, Net Balance, Entry Count)
• Detailed transaction table or summary table
• Professional formatting with colors

Excel Reports Include

• Summary sheet with totals and metadata
• Detailed data sheet with all entries
